Training Staff are responsible for developing and delivering training programs to employees, clients, or external stakeholders. They help enhance knowledge, skills, and competencies to improve performance and achieve organizational goals.
Persyaratan Umum
- Bachelor degree Psychology, Management and Human Resources, Training and Development, Education, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in using training software, e-learning platforms, and multimedia tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to diverse employee groups.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) is desirable.
