We are looking for candidates who have the potential to grow with us to become future leaders within the Company. This position is designed to allow individuals to grow professionally and learn about the company and the industry through a combination of rotational assignments, 3 months class training and on the job training program, formalized feedback, and mentoring. Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with senior positions and participate in various key operations initiatives.
Persyaratan Umum
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with min. Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- Minimum GPA 3.00 from any major discipline.
- Male/Female maximum 24 years old
- Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in General Insurance
- Good command in English (written & verbal).
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
