Responsibilities

Plan and design engineering matter, and perform project activities.
Improve existing process control / equipment, and stabilize production process.
Install new equipment / process control, production machine, and other facility including design, budgeting, scheduling, and controlling in project.
Setting maintenance plan and coordinate construction & support maintenance activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
Fresh graduates are welcome but preferably having one year experience in related field.
Familiar with process control & automation or PLC.
Familiar with PDCA circle, Kaizen and safety work standard.
Have basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001.
Computer literate (especially Ms. Office and Auto Cad) and good command in English.
Have strong leadership, good analytical and problem solving skill.
Willing to attend selection processes in Jakarta Head Office.
Willing to work in Karawang / Cikarang factory.
Full-time position(s) available.
