Job Description:
• Manage and solve Human Resource problems and related issues.
• Calculating PPh-21 and report PPh- 21 to tax Office.
• Monthly Payroll Preparation & Execution
• Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR team and develop solution, programs, and policies.

 Persyaratan Umum

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Law/Psychology
• At Least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good Communicating Skill

 Persyaratan Khusus

Jenjang Pendidikan : Minimal S1
Jurusan Terkait : S-1 Hukum, S-1 Psikologi, S-1 Akuntansi
IPK Minimal : 3

• Good Knowledge in Human Resource, including compensation practices (payroll) , Income Tax (PPh-21), and state respective employment law ( UU ketenagakerjaan)
