PT. Toyo Besq Precision Parts Indonesia is an automotive component manufacturing company and one of member of Yamaha Motor Indonesia Group, based in Kawasan Industri KIIC Karawang, looking for professionals to be part of our dynamic team, as HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF.
Candidates will be responsible for the recruitment process, manpower control, compensation and employee benefits, creating, revising and evaluating human resource systems, and supporting other HR activities.

a. Bachelor degree form Psychology or Human Resources Management
b. Having experience as Human Resources Staff for at least 1 year
c. Single
d. Male, Max 27 years old
e. Hard worker & able to work under pressure to meet certain deadlines
f. Willing to do the selection process in Karawang, West Java
g. Willing to stay & work in Karawang, West Java
