Job Descriptions:
- Design a complete course journey with or without guidance from an expert
- Write engaging script aligned with target audience and subject
- Analyse the course goals, target audience, prerequisite / required resources to determine potential delivery methods
- Conduct research to identify course proposition, attractiveness, competitiveness, and customer insight
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
- Quality check and give improvement feedback of learning video

Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from any major
- Have a good understanding of digital learning content development process
- Have experience in developing and writing the content
- Have enthusiasm in digital learning
- Have high analytical problem-solving skills and critical thinking skill
