A retail transformation startup in Solo, Central Java, is seeking a VP of Engineering to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading new engineering team and own the technology stack for its products.
Persyaratan Umum
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the team for timely product releases
- Good understanding of various technologies and being able to come up with the solution to address the problem at hand.
- Understand scale and how to engineer scalable applications
- Being able to come up with a strong and clear architecture based on the requirements from the team.
- Presenting complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
- Exploring new technology/framework/languages that are useful for the engineering/business team.
- Be passionate about building teams and take pride in the growth of your team members.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Development, with a Computer Science/Engineering degree, preferably from a tier 1 institute.
- Good hands-on experience in architecture and development of at least one large scale web application
- Experience in leading a team of engineers in a product-driven organization.
