Designer is one of our motors in innovation. Our designers’ task is not just to create one design for our product, but to create a strong innovative concept as the based of their design; a concept that projects the future trend of design in ceramic and glass market. Our designer needs to have a good technical skill in design, knowledge in the production process and the awareness and sensitivity with the market and trends. This person also needs to have a good communication skill and good adaptability to work in team of people from various division and backgrounds.

As Designer Staff in our Company, Your responsibilities will include:

• Create innovative design that can accommodate the needs of customers
• Conducting market research and cooperate with Product Development Team and Marekting & Technical to deliver innovative product that can be produced and be accepted by the market
• Analyzing the market and current trend to create innovative product and a new trend
• Responsible to ensure our Showroom and Exhibition Booth always has the newest innovation and trend
  
  Placement: Cibitung – Bekasi or Tandes – Surabaya
