Supervisory Development Program is development program to develop future leaders in Anugrah Argon Medica by learning and doing challenging jobs/roles that prepare for leadership roles.
We are looking for candidates that will be developed to be Supervisor for our branches at all over Indonesia. The incumbents will pass the short development program & there will be rotations within and accross functions in accelerated learning environment.
Persyaratan Umum
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree from all major
2. Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
3. Have good communication and coordination skill
4. Fluent in English (oral & conversation)
5. Maximum 28 years old
