Comtronics is seeking a full-time, UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide variety of design projects for a rapidly growing tech company.
Your Responsibilities:
- Creating wireframes, sitemaps, schematics, process maps, feature lists, mockups, visual specifications, working prototypes, and other assets to describe the intended user experience
- Create and facilitate the implementation of proof of concepts in CSS, HTML and JavaScript
- Concept developments for new products or features
- Help analyze product feature roadmaps, requirements, and specifications to identify usability issues and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with visual designers and front-end developers to create & refine UI concepts and page designs
- Assist in definition of test scenarios and creation of test plans
- Direct and work with agile teams to satisfy design specifications
- Research Trends. You continuously research design and technology trends, and understand when it’s appropriate to use them or forge new paths..

Persyaratan Umum
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1+ years of experience in consumer-facing web and mobile applications or Master’s in related field
- Portfolio of projects or work samples
- Experience in Web and Mobile-based information architecture or interaction
- Proficiency in Axure, Marvel, Sketch or similar
- Working knowledge in variety of design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Visio, and Dreamweaver
- Ability to code in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, or Flash
- Strong knowledge of interaction design patterns
- Ability to create rapid, interactive prototypes that are adaptable using Bootstrap
- Strong sense of aesthetics, layout & design
- Must be able to identify approaches to synthesize implementable designs from a high-level concept
- Extreme attention to detail, consistency, and quality
- Ability to work unsupervised, self-manage deliverables, and multi-task concurrent projects
- Confidence to take ownership of tasks or issues, seeing them through to a quality and timely completion
- Superlative communication skills, both written and verbal, supported by strong interviewing and persuasive skills
