Main Job Task and Responsibilities :
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Report to HR & GA Manager and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
- Control and update manpower plan
- Control and monitor job advertisements
Persyaratan Umum
- Bachelor Degree/ Associate Degree (S1/D3) with min. GPA 75 in Psychology industry
Persyaratan Khusus

- Preferably have experiences in recruitment field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Detail Oriented and good analytical Thinking
- Familiarity in MS Word and Excel
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Willing to be placed in Jombang
